Input-deck formatting improves readability by normalizing keyword capitalization, blank lines, and section separation while preserving plain-text model data. Formatting is not parsing or syntax validation, so set references, parameters, continuation rules, units, and solver semantics still require manual review.
CalculiX Input Deck Formatter applies this concept to its defined inputs and workflow. It is designed to format pasted CalculiX input-deck text by cleaning duplicate blank lines and normalizing keyword capitalization as escaped plain text.
The helper structures typed text, select options, and browser-local form fields and returns generated CalculiX text, review table, result-driven preview, and downloadable artifact so decisions and omissions can be reviewed explicitly. The selected units and sign or reference conventions must describe one consistent physical case. It supports preparation and independent checking rather than replacing the governing software, standard, evidence, or professional review. The helper does not run CalculiX, execute solver commands, validate convergence, parse binary result files, or inspect local files.
